ComDir error

Have remote workstation, Windows XP. Tiburon software installed on it.
Tiburon is a RMS/CMS application. When this Tiburon software is executed, the
following error occurs,
ComDir - unknown service for time synchronization packets. If I okay the
error, software bombs. If I leave error alone and login to Tiburon software,
it works fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Tiburon software and that
doesn't take care of it. Once software comes up after login, an error stays
on screen indicating no connection to time server. Novell client is installed
on workstation but no problems with any other application and server. Time is
okay between Novell server and workstation. The server that Tiburon pulls
from is a Windows 2000 server. Any help would be great.
