I use Comcast Internet, and I visit comcast.net a lot. I love going to The Fan to watch video clips of top news stories. But today when I tried going to the fan, a blank page popped up with nothing on it, just white. I tried it again, and it didn't work. I have a feeling that it might be because of my Norton Internet Security settings. Ever since I enabled Norton Internet Security, the Internet has been doing things it didn't used to do. I tried disabling Norton Internet Security, and then going to the fan again, but it still didn't work!! What should I do?

Did you try the "Comcast" knowledge base? How about the "Symantec"
knowledge base? Both would have a better chance at having an answer
to this question than an XP Network newsgroup.
