You can look here
start>run and type

regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

Look for the "Window Title" in the right hand pane. You can change this any
way you like.

Or if you have XP pro

start>run and type

gpedit.msc

then "User Configuration">Windows Settings>Internet Explorer
Maintenance>Browser User Interface>Browser Title

Double Click Browser Title and make the changes that you require.

Thanks bcrawford for your time and help. There was no
"Window Title" file or anything similar in Express\5.0, so
I had to use the unbrand tool Ramesh gave me the URL
to.

Thank you,
