Combo + List box fliter

I set up a form with a combo box, a filter, and a way to select date ranges
and I want to be able to filter another report with all of those. There is
alot of data in the table and only a small portion is needed at a time. Any
way to do this? I tried it myself trying to code and tie it to together with
macro's and queires and all sorts of stuff and just got all confused.

Any help is appreciated.
