Combining multiple records

For each company we sometimes have 2+ solicitors in the "solicitor" field
name. I want to combine the solicitor names into 1 field such as the
following example:

ABC Company Solicitor1
ABC Company Solicitor 2

Should be:

ABC Company Solicitor1, Solicitor 2

This report is already being grouped by other fields and we want this report
to be 1 row for each company listed.

Well if you group by company, then you can set the report to use columns
accross then down (File -> Page Set Up -> Columns)
