com_microsoft.Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 Express Install for End Users

Does anybody know which idiot @ MS came up with this
directory name: 'com_microsoft.Windows 2000 Service Pack
4 Express Install for End Users'

I know you can have up to 254 charactors (I think) in a
filder name but you don't have too.

Where are you seeing this directory on your machine? Are you seeing this
after installing SP4 express install successfully?
