COM+ Event System Warning

Hi - I'm running WXP Pro, with a cable modem Internet connection. Until
recently, I had very quick start-ups and immediate Internet connection. The
system is now experiencing a prolonged delay during start-up, and an even
longer delay until I can connect to the Internet.

I've worked thru the list of the warnings in my application and system logs,
and it appears that my Internet connection is not active until AFTER I
receive the following warning in my application log. This warning may turn
up anywhere from 1-5 minutes after I start the system. When that happens, I
can access the Internet and I'm good to go the rest of the day. I've run
searches on this warning, but the only prior feedback recommended updating
Windows Messenger to 4.6, but I'm already running v 4.7. If anybody can
offer any advice and suggestions, I'd sincerely appreciate it.

Hi - Thanks for your response. I didn't find anything at the link at
applied. Both of the Windows Messenger settings had already been unchecked
sometime ago, and as far as I can tell, I don't have MSN Messenger
installed. I've never used either Messenger application. Any other ideas?
