COM-Addin Disappear

Hi,
I wrote a COM-Addin (.dll) for outlook , Added to outlook using COM-Addins
option. This Addin puts a Button on my ToolBar and Let me run a program from
there. But sometime that button disappears and i have to remove that addin
and add it again.

Any idea why it's removing the button?

Is the addin still enabled? Are you making sure that the button exists
in all Explorers that are opened?
