Com+ 4205 error

Hello,

I have one user who is recieving an access denied error
when attempting to logon to my w2k/citrix box. I am
recieving a Com+ 4205 error at the same time. Wondering
if one could be causing the other?

I have checked eventid.net and don't feel that the
solution listed applies to my machine w2k/sp3/citrix
metaframe xpa. I run no networking services off of either
of these boxes other than citrix.

Help please....this is an important user.

When exactly is the "access denied" error occurring? Do you mean
that the user cannot logon (authentication fails, or not the
necessary logon rights), or does the user logon succesfully but
gets an access denied after that?

If there is some sort of permission problem lying behind this (on
file system or registry, not logon rights), your best bet is to
run FileMon and RegMon from http://www.sysinternals.com/ as
administrator and start a TS session as the user.
FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors
that occur and you will be able to see in detail all resources
that the user needs access to.
