Column headings in subform datasheet view

I would like the column headings of my subform - datasheet view to WordWrap
since my titles are a lot wider than the actual data- Can and how can I do
this???

You cannot do this with a datasheet style form. Change it to continuous and
you can then edit the labels to have a second line (Ctrl-Enter).

You can change the placement/size of controls on a continuous form so that
it very much looks like a datasheet style.
