Column Break in Word 2007

In Word 2003 the option to insert a column break as well as section and page
break was availble. In Word 2007 I can not insert the column break. Can
anyone help?

What do you mean by "can not insert"? Isn't there a Column item on the Page
Layout > Breaks button? Have you tried the Ctrl+Shift+Enter shortcut? If neither
of those works, what does happen when you try?
