I have a laptop, with Windows Millenium installed and my
colour on the Desk top has gone awry. I also notice the
same error on pictures in my Photos.
I have been to Display, Settings and tried changing from
256, 16bit and 24bit colour, neither of them completely
resolve the problem, although one is better than the
others. I am still left with, what looks like, water
pools, on the pictures.
Anyone out there assist me please.
