Colour Laser Multifunction Printer

I no longer print my images on the Inkjet too expensive, get them
printed cheaper commercially. With this in mind I have decided to get
rid of the Inkjet, my mono laser, and scanner and replace with a
colour laser multifunction printer. This will be used for home use
only so cost and size is a factor. Any recommendations in what printer
I should be looking at?

This market is broadening every day with new players in it, so it is
hard to keep track.

As a very quick "points to consider"

1. image quality and toner type (glossy or matte)
2. speed to print first print
3. Amount of consumable toner (by yield, usually at 5% coverage per
color) that comes with the printer
4. Lifespan and cost of each consumable relative to cost or replacing
printer. Often spending a little more up front will give you a less
costly printer to manage, with better quality, speed and durability
5. Cost of memory upgrades and if generic memory can be used

Answering these questions can save you considerable hassle and cost as
time goes on. Don't be tricked by "cheap" acquisition printers, they
usually cost a lot more to use and run and don't last as well. Print
quality may not be as good either.
