"The Colour Contrast Analyser (CCA) is useful to help determine, in
particular, the legibility of text on a web page and the legibility of
image based representations of text.

It is a tool for checking foreground & background colour combinations to
determine if they provide good colour visibility. Determining "colour
visibility" is based on algorithms suggested by the W3C.

Selecting the 'also show contrast results for colour blindness' checkbox
will display summary results for 'normal vision' and 3 types of colour
blindness <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_blindness> (Protanopia,
Deuteranopia, Tritanopia)"

Excellent utility. Works fine on my Win98 machine. Non-Installing,
except for a small .ini file (x,y pos and 'stay-on-top' options).
Should run ok from a CD

Since I lost the page/program that did this some months ago I have
been meaning to find something similar ever since.

Thanks Sietse. :)
