Colour Change

Can someone please tell me why the lettering under certain headings, ie '
Local Disc C', ' Shared Documents', has changed from black to blue. Also is
there a way to change it back.

Local Disc C', ' Shared Documents', has changed from black to blue. Also is
there a way to change it back.

Individual files, in Windows Explorer, show in different colours because they
are compressed or encrypted. "Local Disc C:" in blue intrigues me though.
