colors and mp780

hi,

i tried searching for this answer and came up dry.

using a canon mp780 for pic printing. a looong time ago i think i adjusted
what the colors look like when i was printing some other stuff. i haven't
used it to print pics for a while now. i'm noticing the colors look a little
washed out. they don't look terrible but i know they looked better before.
i'm using canon ink, not aftermarket. heads are clean. i did a full
maintenance run.

how can i get back into wherever i need to go to set the color adjustment
tool (or whatever it is) back to it's default setting? i believe i changed
settings that read like - +2 -2 +3 -1 and so on. does this ring any
bells with anyone?

thanks,

mike

Mike,
If your print driver setting is similar to my Canon ip4000 and ip6000D,
in the print driver MAIN screen, set COLOR ADJUSTMENT to manual and
click SET. This takes you to the Manual Color Adjustment screen, set the
values to "0" or just hit Default. From your description it appears you
set this to the values you listed. I am surprised that the small changes
you made would make much noticeable difference, but it might. Hope this
helps.
