Canon i470 colors bad

My canon i470 colors are all wrong. Example blue is pink, grey is tan
and green is yellow. I put in new ink, cleaned heads, then deep cleaned
head. All that was no change. I then run nozzle check and it printed
everything but the colors don't look right. . Lots of pinks and brown to
golds. I have looked in troubleshooting/help and what I've done is what
they suggested.
Any help appreciated

It sounds like the Cyan portion of the printhead has failed. You could try the
nifty stuff forum on advice for recovering the printhead, if that doesn't work
then you probably need a new printhead or printer depnding on how cheaply you
can source a printhead (they are simple to replace).

Any instructions anywhere on changing print head?

Your cyan ink is not getting printed for some reason.

Cyan + magenta = blue

Yellow + cyan = green

tan (Probably a light orange) + cyan = grey

So the missing color is cyan. If this is a 6 color, it may be the
darker cyan that's not being printed.

The new printhead comes with instructions, it really is simple and does not
require any technical knowledge or tools.

Thanks everyone,
I must have been nozzel stopped up. I reinstalled drivers and everything
else. It just wouldn't get better so I thought it's no good any way. I
took ink out and folded paper to where I had to push it hard to get
under the nozzles. I then rubbed it up and down, back and forth several
times, hoping if they were clogged it would work it loose. Must have
worked cause all is good now.
