colored shadow on text boxes

In Word 2003, I am adding a grey shadow to text boxes, but the shodows are
printing in color - some blue, some pink, some brown ! Has anyone else seen
this?

Hi Wendy

I would suspect the printer driver. Go to the website of the manufacturer of
your printer and download the latest printer driver for your printer and
your version of Windows.
