Change the shadow color of normal text in Word 2003?

I have formatted regular text in Word 2003 with a shadow. The shadow is gray
by default. How do I change the color of the shadow?
 
You don't. You can change the shadow color of WordArt but not of ordinary
text.

Unless there's a way to do it programmatically, you don't. You can try
getting what you want by using WordArt, but not for for formatting regular
text.
