Color scheme changed after Windows XP update

My Win XP color scheme has changed to turquoise since the
last update I downloaded and installed. I can't find any
changes under Control Panel | Display.

Even when I try changing the color scheme, I still end up
with turquoise, especially on scroll bars. This is very
weird.
