Color Quality Swithes To 8 bits

Crazy: When I shut my computer down, either via restart or turn off, and then
turn it back on again, Color Quality switches to 8 bits. This happens with
Color Quality of
32 bits, but not when I set Color Quality to 16 bits. Also when I double
click the Mcafee Icon, the screen turns blank briefly and then
reappears......Color Quality will remain where I set it. Can anyone tell me
the solution to this Problem?

Update/Reinstall your Display driver by going to the video card manufacturer
