Color Priniting from Word

I am having trouble making my Deskjet 940 printer print
the same colors on my screen in Word documents. For
example, I just installed a new cartridge (the old one
was printint in faint pinks only) and the green text on
my screen prints blue. Why is this and how can I adjust
it?
