enabled, is there still a way to change the Active Title Bar of a open
window to some shade of blue? I'd like to have the taskbar stay silver and
the window title bars some shade of blue. Thanks for any answers.

Hi everyone,

I find the bright blue default color scheme to be visually and
psychologically distressing to look at. I've chosen the "Silver" color
theme instead. I was wondering, though, if I have the silver color scheme
enabled, is there still a way to change the Active Title Bar of a open

control panel
display
appearance tab
advanced button
find desired item scroll
make color changes
.......then.............
go to theme tab
theme: box (modified)
pick save as button
save as name.theme file
keep name.theme file

Thanks, but that doesn't work. Already tried it. When I try to change the
tital bar to blue and keep the gray taskbar, it says, "If you select a
windows and button setting other than windows classic, it will override the
following settings, except in some older programs". SOL?
