Color in the inbox based on a rule

How do I change the color a message is displayed in the inbox based on a
rule? Outlook Express allows this. Outlook has flags but I would like to
highlight the entire message line.

Hi Lew,
While in Outlook, go to "View" ->"Current View" -> "Customize Current View".
That will bring up a window where you can edit/add rules.
