Color Cartridge

I am getting an error message from my Hewlett Packard psc-
750 printer, scanner, copier. It tells me to insert
color cartridge, but there is already one in there. It
also says that the color cartridge inserted is
incorrect. The cartridge is inserted and correctly and
is in fact the right cartridge for the above stated
machine. What can I do to correct these problems?

1) Is it a C6578 color cartridge???
2) Is it a C6615 black cartridge???
3) Did you get the CD from HP to install the proper
drivers???
