Color Behind icons

I can't find the setting to turn on the color behind the desk icons and i
have trouble with my eyes and i would love to find the setting
 
Right-click desktop, choose Personalize. Then click on "Desktop
Background". In the Picture Location drop-down menu, choose Solid Colors.
 
Thanks but that makes the whole screen one color i need just behind the
icons writing
 
As an alternate, to use a transparent setting,

Right click Computer, select Properties.
Click - Advanced system settings,
Under Performance, click settings button,
Scroll down and check - Use drop shadows for desktop Icons.
