Collapsing Menus

Since migrating to XP, it seems that all of my menus are
collapsed. I want all of my options displayed, and I
don't want to have to expand the menu every time I do
anything. Anyone have any ideas how to turn this off?
It's not specific to one program; it happens in the start
menu, IE, Word, etc. Thanks.

Never mind! You can turn it off in Office products by
going to Tools/Customize/Options and checking "Always use
full menus." You turn it off in IE by going to Internet
Options/Advanced and deselecting "Enable Personalized
Favorites Menu." Thanks anyway!

It is specific to programs. In Office Tools menu - Customise and turn off.
XP's start menu doesn't do this at all unless classic mode is chosen. Then
Start - Settings - Taskbar And Start Menu - Start Menu - Customise -
Advanced - Enable Personalised Menus. For Favourites in IE, Tools - Internet
Options - Advanced - Enable Personalised Favourites.
