CODE ERROR 1 WHILE INSTALLING WEBCAM IN MEDIA CENTER EDITION

HELP ME FRDS I AM NOT ABLE TO INSTALL WEB CAM IN MY MEDIA CENTER OS ,
This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.

I HAD TRIED MANY TIMES BUT I M NOT ABLE TO INSTALL THE DRIVER

THANKS IN ADVANCE
 
Detatch your cam. Uninstall driver. Reboot machine. Follow manufacture
instruction of how to install cam.

Look in your telephone book for computer service and repair. Hire
somebody to come out and install the device for you.
