Code 19 - Your registry might be corrupted.

In the device manager, my cd-rw drive now has an
exclaimation mark and a message indicating "Code 19 - Your
registry might be corrupted.".

This was a result of installing EZCD Creator 4.x. Then
realizing I had the wrong cd (old version). I then
uninstalled the software and rebooted. I then attempted
to install 5.x version and there was no cdrom.

Lots of fun...
