code 10

Has anyone found the answer to the "code 10" error when using the
FX5600 graphics card from MSI. MSI are no help at all. I have tried
updating all drivers and am getting really p***** off with the whole
thing. I am trying to use the Video In facility on this card and
cannot.
 
Give more details on the system, motherboard, CPU, etc.

I have a DELL Precision Workstation 350 with a Pentium IIII running XP
with 512 Mb RAM
