Cntrl-Alt-Del

When i first installed win xp, a list of progs would come
up when i use cntrl-alt-del to break out of a program, i
could then select the one i wanted to stop. After having
to format and re install, i now just get a small box with
current prog running when i cntrl-alt-delete, anyone know
how to reset it pls?
