CNR modem dialup

when i boot up the modem will connect once, when i
disconnect and then try to reconnect - the modem is still
busy and wont dialup - the line is clear, with dial tone.

no conflicts, modem queries ok but just wont try to
connect and says is busy. only way to reset it is to
reset pc.

Use device manager to uninstall the modem and then
uninstall the comport it is connected to. Disconnect the
modem and reboot. That will reinstall the port. Then
reconnect the modem. Cheers
