I just replaced my motherboard because my other one went
out. Now I have to get into change my cmos settings but
see no way of getting into CMOS. Hitting delete during
boot up doesn't do it. Any help out there?

How to get into your BIOS depends, not on Windows, but on what
motherboard/BIOS you have. As a matter of fact, you have to
access the BIOS before Windows even starts to boot. One common
way is to press the Del key when you first power on, but that's
not necessarily right for your computer. Watch the screen
carefully when you first boot; there's often a message there
telling you what to do. If not, check your system documentation
or check with your vendor.

Also look here:

The most common are F2, F10, Del, Esc, Ctrl + Alt + S, F12. There are
others. The key or combination is pressed immediately after the bios
information is displayed and before the hard disk drive information is
displayed.

Some computers require you to first press the space bar or Esc key to see
the key or combination you need to press to get into the bios.

Read your MB documentation since you just installed the MB.
