CMDPrompt Tool to change Drive Letter

Hi,
Is there a command tool to change (Local) Drive Letter?
PC Image has two partitions, one is C:, and another is G:.
I use Sysprep to prepare the image. When boot up, 2nd
partition Drive Letter changes to something else other
than G:.
Is there a command tool to modify the Drive Letter, so
that I can use it with sysprep?
