Is there any way from stopping sysprep from assigning a drive letter to
partition that do not have one after the –reseal option?

Try leaving the single system partition of a given size in the image
and then set a post-sysprep task to run the DISKPART command-line disk
management utility to partition and assign drive letters to the
remaining partitions.

As diskpart can be ultimately destructive, please test this on
machines that do not hold your "golden" image or you'll be banging
your head on your desk. :)

Or, if I have misunderstood your question, you can use diskpart to
remove any assigned drive letters and/or partitions after the imaging.

I had to remove the drive letter with diskpart. there was no other way
around it. i had to place the diskpart command in the Cmdlins.txt file in
the $OEM$ folder. thank you for replay!
