CMD32 error

Keep getting a "cmd32.exe is not a valid win32 program"
error when I start winXP (all profiles). Only started the
other day and occurs every time now.

That's a virus. Probably a good thing the computer isn't letting it run. I'd
say it's time to do a complete virus scan.
