cmd32 process

|I KEEP GETTING CMD32 Running in my process, taking up
99% resources. I scanned for viruses-negative.

In my regedit, i delete this key:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVers
ion\RunServices]
"CMD"="cmd32.exe"

But, when I power down normal, it comes back!

I rename it, and it still goes back to above!

Any help?
