cmd lines tools not recognized?

My OS is XP Sp2.

Anyway, I do a run, cmd, ipconfig and I get all the "ipconfig is not recognized as an external or internal commandoperable program or batch file. I was wondering what's the problem. I read a similar topic on these forums, and so I did a run, cmd, path and, this came out

PATH=%SystemRoot%\system32;SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\Systerm32\Wbem;C:\Program Files\Quicktime\QTsystem\;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Agl;C;\PROGRAM~1\DISkEE~1\DISKEE~1
