Clustering SQL Server on Windows 2003 Server

All,

I need to know whether you can provide Failover Clustering on SQL Server
2005 Standard Edition using Windows Server 2003.

I have read on Microsoft that you can only do this using Windows Server 2003
Enterprise or DataCentre Editions but have also read that you can provide
this using Windows Server 2003?

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/evaluation/overview/technologies/clustering.mspx

I may be reading the information incorrectly but I'm now confused.
