MS 2003 & SQL 2000 cluster

I would like to setup a single node MS cluter with SQL, and I want to
migration the application from existing standalone server, during the
migration, I have to change the new virtual server name & IP address in order
to retain the existing hostname & IP address on standalone server.

My questions are :-
1) Can I rename the MS cluster & SQL cluster virtual name ?
2) Can I setup a MS cluster & SQL cluster on signle node first, and then
join a second node to cluster when I have a spare server ?
