close all open windows

i would like to know if there is an easy way that I can close all my open
windows at once, as opposed to close each one one at a time.

Search on Google for "close all open windows" for some ideas.

To quickly get to the desktop, minimising (not closing) all open windows
which may be what you want, just press WindowsKey-D simultaneously.

To Close All Windows
Ctrl-Alt-Del -> Task Manager -> Applications -> Drag select all items ->
select "End Task".

Doesn't work for all windows though (some windows appear in taskbar but not
Task Manager, some appear in alt-tab, doesn't work when window is frozen).
For those, you'll need End Process in the Processes tab.
