Cloning XP from IDE HDD to SATA HDD

I've tried cloning my old IDE HDD, with all my information on it + Windows
XP, onto a new SATA HDD with more space and the clone went fine, but after I
reboot it says that i have a Hard Disk Configuration Problem just before
Windows starts to load, any ideas?

If you are not using an Intel SATA adapter, the SATA drivers are not
included in Windows XP. You may need to re-install XP.

Need not reinstall XP.
1)Just connect the both HDDs to your mainboard, boot up the PC with your old
IDE HDD, and install the SATA driver to windows XP, then reboot to complete
the driver intalling.
2)Shut down the computer, remove the SATA HDD, then boot up your machine,
let windows know the system only have one HDD.
3)Do the cloning again.
4)Then remove the old IDE HDD before the SATA HDD first booting up the
windows XP(to prevent windows feel confused).
