cloning display

How do I clone display on Vista?
I couldn't get a picture on the projector so I typed Function 4 (HP laptop)
and now my laptop monitor is blank however I have a picture on the projector.

Hi,

Type it twice, or as many times as you need to get it to work. Each time you
hit the key combination, it toggles a different mode.
