Clogged my sent box with big mb emails

I cannot send emails because I mistakenly tried to send a 120MB email. Now my
sent function is frozen and the email won't send. I am not being allowed to
delete it. Can you help?

Click File and check Work Offline. Close and then restart Outlook. Delete
the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
