Woah, now that is weird. It frustrated me that through the article the author described things in terms of morning and afternoon - eg "eating dinner at 1 in the morning". That concept would be purely local, and presumably we'd all use the 24 hour clock - eg 0100h.

The calendar they suggest is odd too!
