I'm using windows XP, every monday night my clock gets set back an hour and
I have to change it manually the next morning.

Bill;
Open your Date and Time Properties by double clicking the clock.
Verify the date, time and especially the time zone is correct.
Then look at the last tab "Internet Time"
My guess is you have something set wrong with the box checked to
"Automatically Synchronize..."
