Clock Speed on XP is too fast.

I have noted as of late that my clock in windows advances about one minute
every 10 minutes. I correct it with "Adjust Time and Date", but it still
advances at this rate. My weekly Internet Time update keeps me from going
too far ahead, but I still don't like having this happen. Has anyone
experience this problem. Using Window XP Home Edition SP2. I am not sure
how long this has been going on. Thanks for any help.
