Is there a way to turn off the internal clock on the
computer with the windows xp operating system?

Not sure what you're asking - you mean, can you set your Windows time/date
to something that isn't at all related to your system clock? If so, no.

.
I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE DIFFERENCE IS BETWEEN AN INTERNAL
CLOCK AND A WINDOWS OPERATING CL0CK. I WANT TO TURN OFF
THE WINDOWS CLOCK COMPLETELY (TH EONE THAT APPEARS IN THE
BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER). I DON'T WANT MY FILES OR WORK DATE
OR TIME STAMPED.

Well, yes - but there is a difference between
seeing the clock and stopping the clock.
It not so, then I would quickly figure out how
to live forever :-)

---------------------------
right click start button to 'properties' and press
taskbar tab and uncheck 'show the clock'
......clock disappears....
-------------------------------------
please turn off your caps lock key
---------------------------------------

.
Doing what you suggest above probably only removes it
from the taskbar but does not turn it off completely.
yes? i want it off completely. I don't want anything
time stamped or marked.

How many times do you want to be told
that shutting the clock off cannot be done ?

A computer without a clock would be useless. It's a basic function of any
processing unit.
