Clock Display

My clock display on the start up bar appears only as a hyphen, I know it is
the clock because when I mouse it it displays the date, I checked my settings
and the clock is accurate and shows display option.
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW
