Help Needed! Mouseover on Taskbar Clock

Windows XP Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 2

Question:
I have a question concering the mouseover text that normally appears when
placing the mouse over the TASKBAR CLOCK. Normally, when placing your mouse
over the the clock, the DATE is displayed.

However, this is not happening on my PC. I do not know what is wrong.

All of the other TASKBAR ICONS show their descriptions on mouseover - just
the clock fails to show the date.

I have attempted to find a solution via the Internet and these forums;
however, I am at a loss. I apologize if the question has already been
answered.

Any reply and/or assistance would be appreciated.
